This adhesive is used to the adhesion of damping board and base material, without solvent . The solid assay is 100%.
A ingredient: white cream
B ingredient: light yellow oily liquid
A:B =2 : 1
Pot life 1hr
Curing time: start in 2 hr, 12 hr to cure
shearing strength ( Damping board with steel )≥0.06Mpa
Limit of material shearing strength≥ 0.5Mpa
ZNJ-T2 adhesive can be used in the oil surface, it can work with antirust liquid , ZNJ-T1 can work with grease remover.
